through innovative Optonum SaaS solution
Coexya is proud to announce the next phase of its long-standing partnership with the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand (IPONZ), migrating to our cutting-edge Optonum SaaS solution. Building on a historic collaboration that has defined our relationship with IPONZ, this strategic contract represents a natural evolution of our shared commitment to technological innovation. The decision to migrate to Optonum emerges from the deep understanding and trust developed over years of successful cooperation.
Optonum is a comprehensive SaaS platform specifically designed to address the common operational challenges faced by intellectual property offices worldwide. Its core functionality provides a robust, standardized solution that meets the fundamental needs of IP management across different organizations.

Working closely with IPONZ and our IP experts, we are currently implementing specific features that address the unique business requirements of IPONZ, leveraging the solid foundation of Optonum to create tailored capabilities that precisely align with their operational specificities.
The implementation project is structured over a three-year period, encompassing four key IP domains in sequence: Designs (DS), Trademarks (TM), Patents (PT), and Plant Variety Rights (PVR).
