The Coexya group is proud to announce a remarkable improvement in its professional equality index, reaching 91/100 for the year 2023, marking a significant progress from the score of 71/100 of the previous year.

This progression highlights our genuine commitment to equal treatment regardless of the gender of employees and reaffirms our stance on fair and inclusive HR practices in the digital sector.

The Coexya SAS Professional Equality Index based on 2023 data is 91/100.

This index is broken down into 5 sub-indices:

Gender pay gap

Our rigorous monitoring system for annual salary increase projects and bonus payments has continued to bear fruit, allowing us to maintain a score of 36/40 for the second consecutive year. This performance is the result of a thorough analysis and proactive management of the average salaries of women and men, ensuring pay equity within our company.

Individual raise gaps

Index 2 measures the gap in the distribution of individual raises between women and men who have been in the workforce for more than 6 months. This year, we have regained our 2021 score of 20/20, reflecting our determination to promote equal opportunities for all our employees.

Promotion gaps

Index 3 measures the gap in the distribution of promotions between women and men who have been in the workforce for more than 6 months. This year, we have regained our 2021 score of 15/15, reflecting our determination to promote equal opportunities for all our employees.

Percentage of employees receiving raises upon returning from maternity leave

Each return from maternity leave is carefully monitored to ensure that the women concerned are included in raise and promotion campaigns.

Number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the top 10 highest earners

The conditions to meet the indicator concerning the highest salaries are not yet met. Although there is still progress to be made in this area, our ongoing efforts to encourage greater diversity in scientific and digital fields aim to facilitate women's access to the highest levels of responsibility in the future.
