The professional equality index of the Coexya group for the year 2024 stands at 86/100.

This score highlights our strong commitment to equal treatment regardless of employees’ gender and reaffirms our position on fair and inclusive HR practices in the digital sector.

The Coexya SAS Professional Equality Index based on 2024 data is 86/100.

This index is broken down into 5 sub-indices:

36/40

Gender pay gap

We achieved a score of 36/40 on this indicator, which compares the average salary of women and men by age group and socio-professional category. The monitoring system for annual salary increases and bonus payments has allowed us to improve and then maintain this score, progressing from 34 points in 2021, to 35 in 2022, and 36 points since 2023.

20/20

Individual raise gaps

Indicator 2 measures the distribution gap of individual salary increases between women and men who have been employed for more than six months. We achieved 20 points in 2021, 10 points in 2022 and 2023, and then 20 points in 2024.

15/15

Promotion gaps

Indicator 3 measures the distribution gap of promotions between women and men who have been employed for more than six months. While we achieved 15 points in 2021, then 10 points in 2022 and 2023, we regained 15 points in 2024.

15/15

Percentage of employees receiving raises upon returning from maternity leave

We ensure that every return from maternity leave, which results in an absence during salary increase and promotion campaigns, is closely monitored. As a result, our score has consistently remained 15/15 since its introduction.

0/10

Number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the top 10 highest earners

The conditions required to meet this indicator for the highest salaries have not yet been fulfilled.
Our commitment, alongside key players in the digital and tech sectors, aims to foster greater diversity in scientific fields, ultimately enabling more women to access top leadership positions.

Looking forward

At the Coexya group, we firmly believe that diversity and professional equality are not only ethical values but also drivers of performance and innovation.

Our score of 86/100 in the 2024 professional equality index demonstrates our commitment to creating an inclusive work environment where every talent, regardless of gender, is valued and promoted.

We are committed to continuing our efforts and strengthening our policies to make the Coexya group a model of professional equality in the digital sector.

Reminder: Companies with a score below 75 points have three years to implement measures that will bring their score above 75. Otherwise, they may face a penalty of up to 1% of their total payroll. The aforementioned improvement and corrective measures are reported to the labour inspection authorities and shared with the CSE as part of a unilateral decision after consultation.
