In order to progress together in the face of these new challenges, Geomod, historical distributor in France of efficient software solutions for water management, launches GeoCommunity: a collaborative platform for modelers.

The hydraulic modeling is a great tool to visualize, optimize, test its urban or river infrastructures with landscaping scenarios, or past or present events.
However, it is a complex subject, and the modeller is often alone in front of his screen and his model, and does not always have the opportunity to explore all the functionalities of the software at his disposal. GeoCommunity offers a common space accessible online to exchange information in topical forums, keep up to date through a blog and a news feed, share projects, achievements and successes, publish and access modeling tenders and job offers, and mobilize expertise and know-how on topics of interest.
Building living hydraulic models adapted to territorial issues
Geomod by Coexya is the historical distributor in France of software solutions dedicated to water management developed by the international editor Innovyze – today owned by Autodesk – Geomod by Coexya aims, with GeoCommunity, to position itself as a facilitator to help local authorities and water managers, whatever their organization and the level of integration and mapping of their data, to build and manage living and evolving hydraulic models, adapted to the needs of their territories.
