Re-designing the content management system for the Luxembourg legislature
The Central Legislation Service of Luxembourg wanted to:
- Provide a site that met the administrative body’s research needs (parliamentarians, ministers, lawyers, judges, administrative departments) and citizens
- Publish its legislative data since January 2017 with an electronic signature (publication not limited to information purposes)
- Publish its legislative data in open data and be the first to do this at a European level
Achievements:
As part of the the content management system re-design for Luxembourg legislation, Coexya has carried out :
• Rolling out the Casemates project - a service-oriented platform to publish of the content of Luxembourg legislation. It aims to be a unique and semantically structured repository of legal texts
• The redesign of the institutional website Legilux.public.lu using the data structuring offered by Casemates and allowing the publication of legislation in a standardised manner
• The site also allows data to be consulted in a graphic mode
